November 2015: Online DefamationOnline Defamation is a false and unprivileged statement of fact that is harmful to someone's reputation, and published "with fault," meaning as a result of negligence or malice. Recently our MSI Global Alliance colleagues at Johnston Withers in Adelaide, were involved in two actions before the South Australian Supreme Court in which the Court made findings and orders protecting defamed plaintiffs. October 2015: Superstream and Your Business

SuperStream is an Australian government reform aimed at improving the efficiency of the superannuation system and is mandatory for all employers making super contributions.
